Product Description
Inner lubricant I-60 is a neutral saturated aliphatic alcohol dicarboxylic acid ester. Its character is milky or pale yellow flake or flowing powder, non-toxic and tasteless, insoluble in water, soluble in tributyl phosphate and chloroform, melting point 42-48℃, flash point> 225℃, Volatility: (96 hours / 90℃)<1%, the product can be used as PVC internal lubricant to produce a variety of PVC products.
External lubricant I-74 is a high molecular weight neutral polybasic fatty acid complex ester. It appears milky white or pale yellow flake or flowable powder. It is non-toxic and odorless, insoluble in water and soluble in tributyl phosphate and chloroform. Melting point 48-56°C, flash point>230°C, Volatility: (96 hours/90°C)<1%, J-74 has excellent dispersibility and best transparency, it is used as a lubricant to produce various PVC products, especially PVC transparent products.
