    PC ABS Sheet Extrusion Line Workflow

    Raw Material Loading

    The loader transports PC and ABS raw materials into the extruder’s hopper. The system ensures a continuous, stable material feed, reducing manual intervention and enhancing efficiency. Sensors monitor the material levels to prevent interruptions.

    Material Melting and Mixing

    In the extruder, raw materials are heated and melted under high temperature and pressure. The screw mechanism ensures thorough mixing and homogenization of PC and ABS, resulting in a uniform melt for the next stage.

    Sheet Forming

    The melt material passes through the die head, where it is shaped into a flat sheet. The die head with two sides deckling system precisely controls the sheet’s width and thickness, and can make different width by on line adjusting. ensuring consistency in dimensions.

    Surface Refinement

    The three-roller calender compresses the sheet to the desired thickness and smoothness. This process eliminates air bubbles, improves surface finish, and ensures uniform thickness across the sheet.

    Cooling and Stabilization

    The cooling bracket gradually reduces the sheet’s temperature using air or water cooling systems. This process ensures dimensional stability and prevents warping or deformation.

    Cutting and Finishing

    The tractor pulls the sheet to the cutting machine, which slices it into desired lengths. The cutting machine ensures clean edges and consistent sizing, completing the production process.
