Product Introduction

It can quickly decompose at lower temperature, significantly improve the whiteness of foamed products, and make it have good tensile strength, tear strength, elongation at break and uniform and dense cell structure.
Products are widely used in EVA, PE, PVC, natural rubber, synthetic rubber, PVC+NBR blending and other foam products, especially suitable for large mold hot pressing foaming and small mold hot pressing foaming of EVAMD.

Packaging and Storage
Low temperature series foaming agents are odorless, non-toxic and have good storage properties. It does not decompose at room temperature, but must be stored in a cool, dry place. Keep away from hot steam pipes, fire sources, and avoid direct sunlight. Direct contact with acids and bases is strictly prohibited. It is recommended that storage and use areas have good ventilation and avoid dust inhalation and deep skin contact. This product is easy to absorb moisture, please pay attention to moisture.
Low temperature series foaming agent is packaged in 25KG/kraft paper bag, and can also be packaged in carton according to user needs. This series has a batch number of 5 tons. When customers use the same batch number, they only need to try a small material to confirm that it is correct, and then they can use the whole batch of foaming agent with confidence
